Carrot and orange smoothie - Vegan

Ingredients

2 medium carrots

peeled and roughly chopped or grated depending on your blender

2 oranges

peeled

2cm piece of ginger

grated

2 tbsp oats

100g ice


Instructions

step 1

Tip all the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth, adding 150ml water if it's too thick - alter the consistency to your liking.
