4 wholemeal pittas

250 g natural cottage cheese

2 carrots coarsely grated

60g bag baby leaf wild rocket leaves


Instructions

Step 1

Half each pitta bread.


Step 2

Fill with cottage cheese, grated carrot and rocket leaves. Cut in half to serve.
