Fruity Skewers with Yogurt Dip - Suitable for babies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries (hulled)

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup grapes (red or green)

  • 1 kiwi (peeled and sliced into chunks)

  • 1 banana (sliced)

  • 1 apple (cut into cubes, tossed with a little lemon juice to prevent browning)

  • Wooden or bamboo skewers


    Yogurt Dip

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

    • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

    • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    • Optional: a pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of lemon juice for brightness

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits.

  2. Thread fruit pieces onto skewers, alternating colors and types for a pretty pattern.
    Example: strawberry → grape → pineapple → kiwi → banana → apple → repeat.

  3. Arrange on a platter and chill until ready to serve.

Yogurt Dip

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Taste and adjust the sweetness as desired.

  3. Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.
