Place the coconut oil, syrup and chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water.
Heat until melted and combined, stirring periodically with a wooden spoon.
Place all of the remaining ingredients into a large bowl and stir to combine.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is combined.
Transfer to a greased and lined 20cm square tin and press down well with the back of a wooden spoon.
Place in the fridge for four hours or overnight.
Cut into squares before serving.
