Veggie Wraps (Fresh & Colorful) - Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat or spinach tortillas (medium size)

  • ½ cup hummus or cream cheese (for spreading)

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 cup thinly sliced bell peppers (mixed colors)

  • 1 cup cucumber sticks

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1 cup leafy greens (lettuce, spinach, or kale)

(Optional): avocado slices, cooked chicken strips, or cheese for extra protein


Instructions

  1. Lay out a tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.

  2. Spread hummus or cream cheese evenly across the surface.

  3. Layer veggies in rainbow order (red → orange → yellow → green → purple), slightly overlapping.

  4. Roll up tightly, pressing gently so it holds together.

  5. Slice into pinwheels or cut in half for wraps.

  6. Serve fresh!
