Spring Layfield is a purpose built modern nursery based at Layfield primary school. The nursery operates from 2 rooms providing care for children aged from 3 months – 11 years. Both of our nursery rooms are designed to enable children to be independent in their learning and reflect children’s current interests with both rooms having free flow access to secure garden areas for children to investigate and explore. The nursery provides both full and half day care sessions and provides care for children accessing 2 and 3 year funding. Spring Layfield works in partnership with Layfield Primary School, providing wrap around care for children accessing the school nursery as well as breakfast and afterschool club facilities for children aged 4 – 11 years. The meals provided at the setting are freshly prepared for the children onsite and ensure a varied diet ensuring that children’s individual dietary requirements are met.
