Here at Redwood we cater for children aged 4-11 years old who attend Waddington Redwood Primary Academy. We run the before and after school club in the school hall. We provide breakfast of cereal, toast, fruit and once a week a special breakfast which can be bagels, croissants or pancakes. Breakfast club opens at 7:30 until 8:50am . In the afternoon we provide snack which is different everyday on a 3 week rota, these can be wraps, bread muffins, cheese and crackers. There is veg sticks with every snack and fresh fruit provided at 4:30pm. After school club starts at 3:10 and closes at 6pm. We have a theme every week for activities with an adult led activity most day. With us being based in the school grounds the children have the opportunity to play on the trim trail, climbing frame and various other equipment outside. We like to give the children opportunities to express their creative side such as making pictures with various materials and den building. We also provide a Holiday Club in half term which opens at 7:30-5:30, providing the children aged 4-12 Years old with a morning snack at 9:30 (toast, cereal, fruit) and an afternoon snack at 3pm (bagels, sandwiches, rice cakes etc). At holiday club we have various activities planned throughout the day and opportunities to play outside, even in the snow!
